Brief Biographical Sketch:
My name is Landon Allen, and I am a senior double majoring in Psychology and English. I grew up in Long Island, New York, and I am interested in creative writing, tennis, mock trial, and education! During the summer, I am a Group Leader for teenagers at a sleep-away camp in Pennsylvania. On campus, I work in a psychology lab and am part of both Telltale, a storytelling group, and New Haven REACH, where I serve as a mentor for high school students applying to college. More than anything, I love to teach classes in areas involving positive psychology and development! Feel free to contact me at landon.allen@yale.edu with any questions or concerns! Everyone, everywhere, has different answers to these questions. Often, many people find themselves too busy to think about these questions, but I would argue that these questions are THE most important questions for us to discuss and answer. During this class, we will be analyzing how different religions and philosophies answer these questions, while trying our best to answer these questions for ourselves.
