Brief Biographical Sketch:
A decade of involvement in competitive swimming drives my interest in the science of understanding the nature of motivation and decision-making. I'm currently involved with projects to increase awareness and practice of mindful and playful habits to improve the cognitive performance and well-being of youth communities, especially students.
