Hey there, I'm Abhi and I'm a senior at Yale studying Computer Science & Economics. I am also a full-stack web developer, entrepreneur and full-time slacker.

S3142: A Practical Introduction to Investing & the Stock Market in Splash Spring 18 (Apr. 07, 2018)
We'll build up intuition on investing, trading and the stock market from the ground up. Starting with what a Bid & Ask are, to analyzing price movements we'll get an intro. to the vocabulary used on and around Wall St. We'll also go on a whirlwind tour of the different assets available to retail investors (stocks, bonds, options, etc.) without getting too deep in the weeds. I'll also throw in some actionable advice on stock trading platforms, as well some basic portfolio theory and common trading strategies. We'll end with a Q&A and if we have time take a look at Bitcoin & Cryptocurrencies.


E3078: What is Bitcoin anyways? in Sprout Spring 18 (Feb. 17 - Mar. 03, 2018)
Seems like everyone is talking about Bitcoin these days. What is this Bitcoin thing, how does it work, and oh yeah- how can you get some? We'll build up the idea behind Bitcoin from some history of what money is, how Bitcoin and the blockchain works, and what you can do with it. If we have time we'll also cover some of the cool things happening right now and how you can be a part of the whole deal.


E2139: HTML/CSS/Javascript 101: A basic introduction to front-end web development in Sprout Fall 16 (Oct. 01 - 15, 2016)
Come learn the basic of front-end or client side web development. By the end of the course you should have an introductory understanding of HTML (Hypertext Markup Language), CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) and a tad bit of JS (Javascript). We will host our site on Github sites. We'll power through as much of the basic dev process as we can, making our own bootstrap powered simple skeleton website. At the end you will receive a link to a webpage where, for those interested, you can find more information and really flush out your site.
