Brief Biographical Sketch:
Still exploring various academic fields of interest, Chanthia thoroughly enjoyed the freshmen Directed Studies program. She manages the Yale Scientific Magazine as Managing Editor as well as designs for Yale SPLASH and SPROUT. She is currently working at the Yale University Art Gallery as a STEM + Arts Intern, researching the intersection between the arts and sciences. A few days a week, she goes down to the Yale Medicine School to help out at her lab. During the rest of her time at Yale, Chanthia hopes to continue painting, exploring her interest in the connection between ancient eastern and western literature and culture, as well as pursue a premed track.
