Brief Biographical Sketch:

As a Yale freshman, my interests entail a very wide range of fields and ideas. I have a strong interest in anthropology, yet my passions range from environmental protection to human rights activism. I am also a painter and art-inclined when it comes to stress relief!

In this course, students will reevaluate their perspective on the importance of fairy tales by exploring the changes and motifs of classic fairy tale literature over time. Topics include works by Tolkein, the Grimm brothers, Perault, and others.
