Brief Biographical Sketch:
Having completed my BA and MPhil in Education at the University of Cambridge, I'm now enjoying the amazing opportunities Yale provides to work with young people and conduct educational research on the wellbeing and rights of teachers and students. I love working in the field of Education because I believe that positive and caring school environments change lives. The growth of "positive psychology" since the late 1990s has given us invaluable insights into how to maximise our wellbeing and manage stress. The goal of the class is to help you enjoy more good days and navigate bad ones. Life in school is, of course, about more than just grades and academics - your mental health matters too.
