Brief Biographical Sketch:

I am a fourth-year doctoral candidate in the American Studies and Film and Media Studies programs at Yale. My dissertation focuses on the American oil industry in moving images. I grew up in India and Kuwait, which fueled a lifelong interest in energy and the environment. In my free time, I like to take photographs, travel, read, and watch movies.
