Brief Biographical Sketch:

Edward is a sophomore at Yale from just outside Chicago, IL. On campus, he writes op-eds as a staff columnist for the Yale Daily News and is the executive director of the Yale Science Olympiad Tournament. Edward loves talking about anything from epistemology and economics to the NBA and indie music. He looks forward to having deep and provocative discussions with you!

A4296: Truth: Existence, Power, and Responsibility in Splash Fall 2020 (Nov. 14, 2020)
Is there such a thing as truth? In the first half of class, we will explore different views on knowledge, the nature of being, and the limits of language. In the second of class, we will unpack the relationship between power and truth and its implications for philosophy and life. Students are expected to share their ideas and contribute to discussion!
