C1678: Lucy to Naledi: Human Evolution and an Introduction to Biological Anthropology in Sprout Fall 15 (Oct. 03 - 17, 2015)
In this course, we will cover the basics of human evolution, discuss monumental discoveries in the field of biological anthropology, and analyze critical stages in the prehistory of modern man. An excellent introduction into a field currently receiving a lot of attention in world news.


H1519: Exploring Ancient Egypt Through Senet in Splash Spring 15 (Apr. 04, 2015)
Senet was a popular board game throughout the span of Ancient Egyptian civilization that drew upon and closely paralleled many of the religious beliefs at the time. In this class, students will get a brief overview of the Ancient Egyptian state and their views on the afterlife through Senet play.
