X4709: Know Your Knots! in Splash Spring 2023 (Apr. 01, 2023)
In this class, I want to share a handful of the most useful knots I've learned through years of backpacking, camping, commercial fishing, and boating. These are highly practical and relatively simple knots that will be useful for anyone!


E4171: Knot Tying From Alaska in Sprout Spring 2020 (Feb. 15 - 29, 2020)
In this hands on course we will explore many of the uses of knots through every day life. We will learn five essential knots together, and experiment with a few more. I will share the importance of knots in my life as a commercial fisherman and outdoor enthusiast in Alaska.
