Brief Biographical Sketch:
I'm a rising second year graduate student in Yale's Biological and Biomedical Sciences program. I work in a laboratory at the medical school studying several proteins involved in Parkinson's Disease onset. I'm really excited to share my interest in biology with students involved in Splash! The diversity of life on Earth is astounding. From zebras to narwhals, our planet houses an amazing number of bizarre creatures. This 4-week class will address the role evolution played in creating this diversity, as well as the impact that evolution has on us today!
