Brief Biographical Sketch:

Ethan is a graduate student in microbiology at Yale University, where he studies antibiotic resistance using genetic strategies. He first became interested in bacterial biology while in college at Vassar College, where he studied the diversity and composition of bacterial communities living in sediments. Ethan is interested in a career involving both research and scientific education.
