My name is Bryan Regan and I am a Junior at Yale studying Mechanical Engineering. I recently completed an internship with a satellite company, so I'd love to talk about anything space related!

Pointing a satellite in the right direction is one of the most complicated tasks in all of spaceflight. We'll discuss the hardware and software that allow satellites to orient themselves properly in a zero gravity environment.

S4284: The Science of Sailing in Splash Fall 2020 (Nov. 14, 2020)

Learn about the scientific principles that allow sailboats to move using nothing but the wind. We'll talk about how all the parts of a sailboat, both above and below the water, work together to propel a vessel. We'll spend most of our time focusing on the high tech features of today's modern racing sailboats which help accelerate boats up to 50 knots (60mph).
