Brief Biographical Sketch:

Emil is a senior at Yale College studying music, with a concentration in music composition. He is especially interested in sound, theatre, aesthetics, and their relationships to social and political questions. In his free time he enjoys watching Tarkovsky movies, reading Susan Sontag, and making memes.
