Brief Biographical Sketch:

I was born and raised in Madrid, Spain; came to the US to major in Cognitive Science, while taking Certificates in Global Health Studies and Spanish so I could become an Registered Oncology Nurse. I want to stress the importance of speaking other languages, in particular ASL, since it can facilitate communication with the deaf, the hard of hearing, the mute and even some autistic people, all while being super fun to learn!
