From time to time, we all encounter stress. We live in a fast-paced world that often requires us to give much of our time, energy, and resources to the passions we pursue. We are faced with numerous obligations, continual technological advancement, and ever-changing social ideals. Without proper tools, many are caught in the web of stress. Unfortunately, teenagers are not an exception. In this class, we will talk about the causes and consequences of stress, the brain's response to stress, and how stress can be managed.
